An office park just south of Angel Stadium, where tenants include the Orange County Register and the Karl Strauss Brewing Company, has sold for $83.1 million.

Pendulum Property Partners of Irvine teamed up with an investment group from Goldman Sachs to buy the Axis campus. The five buildings total 302,630 square feet on 14.11 acres, according to CoStar, a commercial property database.
