Kevin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pendulum Property Partners. His daily oversight of the firm’s investment and asset management activities ranges from setting larger strategic objectives to tactical implementation of any given project.
Kevin has closed over $2.5 billion of commercial real estate property transactions. This achievement required him to identify and close on opportunities, including structuring joint-venture agreements with institutional partners. He takes a ‘hands-on” approach by working on each asset from acquisition through disposition to ensure best execution.
Prior to founding Pendulum Property Partners, Kevin opened Lincoln Property Company’s (LPC) Orange County and San Diego offices, and oversaw all operations including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, property management and development. The third-party asset and property management platform added over $1.5 billion of property during his more than eight years running the region for LPC.
