Courtney Parks oversees operations for Pendulum Property Partners. In this role, Courtney designs and implements policies and practices to promote Pendulum’s core values and corporate culture while maintaining our high level of operating standards.
Courtney brings over 25 years of a unique and valuable mix of property and construction management experience to the Pendulum team. Her experience spans from commercial property management to project management of tenant improvement construction and ground up development. Before joining Pendulum she served as Director of Property and Construction Management at Lincoln Property Company, where she oversaw LPC’s staff of property managers as well as construction projects for LPC’s Orange County and San Diego portfolios.
Courtney was one of the four original team members that started Pendulum in 2016.
Courtney graduated from Oklahoma State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences
