Brian Walker spearheads acquisitions for Pendulum Property Partners. In this capacity, Brian’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, structuring and closing investment opportunities.
Brian has 23 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development and portfolio management and has closed over $4 billion of commercial real estate transactions since he began his career in 2000. This includes investing in all primary asset types in major markets throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Pendulum, Brian was the Founder and Managing Partner of Lotus Real Estate Partners, an Orange County based investment and development firm that pursues value-add real estate investments alongside institutional equity partners. Brian’s responsibilities focused on sourcing acquisition opportunities and overseeing all aspects of the investment process including asset management, construction oversight and dispositions.
Brian has also held leadership roles at premier real estate investment and development companies including Clarion Partners, Taconic Investment Partners and CT Realty Investors.
Brian graduated from Providence College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
