Our asset management professionals work closely with the property management, leasing, investment, and development teams to maximize the value of each investment. We currently asset manage over 2.8 million square feet of office, retail and industrial product, as well as over 800 apartment units in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, Hawaii and Las Vegas on behalf of our strategic partner The Seligman Group.
